Refund and Return Policy

At mandalajewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our distinctive crystal treasures.

1. 14-Day Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with all tags and original packaging.

2. Return Shipping and Handling Charges

Change of mind: For returns unrelated to product quality, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility in China.

Restocking fee: Return requests made after the initial 14-day period but within 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

3. 30-Day Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days. We will cover repair or replacement costs, including the cost of shipping the replacement.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
