At Kailash Auras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our unique crystal treasures.

1. 14-Day Return Period We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping and Handling Fees

• Customer Remorse: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to our China factory.

• Restocking Fee: Returns requested after the initial 14-day period but within 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.

3. Quality Guarantee within 30 Days If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We will cover the costs of repair or replacement, including reshipping.

4. Refund Process We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
